In SQLBackupAndFTP you can get if free (if you need to schedule one-two databases), or just for $49 for unlimited scheduled SQL Server database backups. * Credible: Created by a US based software company with years in .NET and SQL Server experience Where should SQLBackupAndFTP be used: SQLBackupAndFTP is ideal for any SQL Server database where backups have to be sent daily to a remote FTP server. It would save maintenance time on any SQL Server version, but it is especially useful for SQL Server Express 2005 and SQL Server Express 2008, since they don t have built in tools for backup at all. Where it should NOT be used: SQLBackupAndFTP is made to be simple. While for majority if users it is a huge advantage, the flip side is some specific configurations are not handled. You should not use SQLBackupAndFTP if: * Your database has to be backed up several times a day (SQLBackupAndFTP does once a day only) * If you need not only full, but differential backups as well (SQLBackupAndFTP does full only) * If backups need to be encrypted (will be available soon) * If you use an SFTP or any other irregular FTP server.
